In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to the lenira Platform and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. lenira does not permit individuals under 21 to register or participate in any form of wagering on the Platform.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is permitted in your location before registering.
• You are not acting on behalf of another individual or any corporate entity when using your Account for wagering purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an Account terminated by lenira for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person associated with lenira or its technology and payment partners.

To access real-money services on lenira, you must create a single registered Account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on lenira. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and any balances associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. lenira will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Contact Details: You must keep your registered email address and phone number current. lenira will use these channels for Account communications, bonus notifications, and security alerts.
• Account Currency: All Accounts on lenira are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). You acknowledge that currency conversion is not available on the Platform.

lenira reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

lenira is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals and in other circumstances where regulatory or security obligations arise. The KYC process requires the submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued national identity card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three (3) months that confirms your residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document next to your face, taken in clear lighting. The document text must be legible.
• Source of Funds (where required): In cases involving large transactions, lenira may request documentation confirming the legitimate origin of deposited funds.

Standard KYC processing takes between one (1) and twenty-four (24) hours from the time all required documents are received. lenira will notify you by email upon completion. Failure to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of the first withdrawal request will result in withdrawal suspension until documentation is provided.

All financial transactions on lenira are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• lenira accepts deposits via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Bank transfers made during standard banking hours (08:00–17:00 WIB) are typically credited within five (5) minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• lenira does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank may apply its own transfer fees.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be returned or forfeited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified Accounts. KYC must be completed prior to the first withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no fixed maximum, though lenira reserves the right to apply staged payment schedules for very large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be credited to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. lenira does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as set out in Section 6. Real-money funds are always withdrawable once KYC is complete.
• lenira reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms pending investigation.

lenira offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, and any specific promotion may carry additional conditions communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page (typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount).
• Validity Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain unplayed past the validity period will be removed from the Account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a Member's Account at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates are listed on each promotion's detail page.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet or spin is Rp 500,000. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: lenira reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold withdrawals if it detects bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit, or exploiting a technical error.
• Welcome Bonus: The new-member welcome bonus is available only to first-time depositors. One claim per person, per household, and per IP address is permitted.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on lenira, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets:

• Finality of Results: All game outcomes and sporting event results are final once settled by lenira's system. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual games and by official match results for sports betting markets.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Individual game and market stake limits are displayed within each game or betting interface. lenira reserves the right to adjust stake limits without prior notice.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or where a technical error affects the integrity of the game result. Voided bets are returned to the Member's balance as real-money funds.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets: All selections within a mix parlay must be settled as wins for the bet to pay out. If any selection is voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining selections at recalculated odds.
• Live Betting: Odds on in-play markets are subject to rapid change. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted at stated odds, those odds are locked. lenira is not responsible for connection issues that prevent a Member from placing an in-play bet.
• Palpable Errors: If lenira posts incorrect odds or game parameters due to a manifest error, it reserves the right to cancel or re-settle affected bets at the correct terms.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of an internet disconnection during a live casino game round, lenira's server logs are authoritative for determining the outcome. Interrupted rounds will be resolved based on the last confirmed server state.

lenira is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We offer a range of tools to help Members maintain control over their activity on the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of seven (7) days.
• Loss Limits: Members may impose caps on the total amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure automatic session timers that end their gaming session after a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Members may activate periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of time elapsed and total amounts wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of one (1) month or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is suspended and no promotional material will be directed to the Member.
• Account Cooling-Off: A shorter temporary account pause of between 24 hours and 30 days is available for Members who wish to take a brief break without committing to full self-exclusion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the lenira Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with lenira's support team.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to lenira immediately; exploitation for financial gain is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform staff to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any activity connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds from a payment method that does not belong to you, or at the direction of a third party.
• Engaging in chargeback disputes for legitimate transactions processed by lenira. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, odds data, or intellectual property sourced from the Platform without lenira's express written authorization.

All content displayed on the lenira Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, software code, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of lenira or is licensed to lenira by its respective rights holders.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content in any medium without express written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology underlying the Platform.
• Creating derivative works based on lenira's content, branding, or game assets.
• Using lenira's name, logo, or brand elements in any public communication, social media post, or marketing material without prior written approval.

Any unauthorized use of lenira's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lenira's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lenira specifically excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or circumstances beyond lenira's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government actions, power failures, or third-party infrastructure failures).
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to secure their Account credentials or from unauthorized access resulting from the Member's own negligence.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to data provider error.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by lenira's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

lenira collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

In summary, lenira uses your personal data to:

• Administer your Account and process financial transactions.
• Conduct identity verification (KYC) and fraud prevention checks.
• Send Account-related communications and, where you have opted in, promotional offers.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations, including anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• Improve the Platform's features, performance, and user experience.

lenira does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with contracted service providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements, or where disclosure is required by law.

lenira reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lenira will notify registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any available balance by contacting support before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by lenira's licensing jurisdiction.

lenira operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Members access the Platform voluntarily and acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. lenira makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any specific territory outside its licensed jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with lenira's support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral award expressly determines otherwise.
